Thank you for your interest in THE ACADEMY OF SELF DEFENSE. We are the only martial arts school in Southern California that features the complete art of T.A.I. We are located in the City of Cypress.

 

As a new student, you will be engaged in techniques, forms, drills and other activities that will train you for the practical application of self defense while conditioning your body and mind. Classes provide students not only the ability to protect yourself and your family but to develop your muscular-skeletal system as well as enhance your cardiovascular ability. Lastly, as we are a fun, family environment, you can bet you will meet other like-minded students and develop bonds with your classmates - many that can last a lifetime!

 

Classes are available for adults and children. The art of T.A.I, with its integrated six styles of martial arts, coupled with our method of teaching, offers an ideal learning opportunity that will provide you and your family the best environment for your martial arts training.
